Our clinic provides access to a patient satisfaction form, which you can request and fill in directly at the clinic after which all of your comments will be collected and reviewed. Your feedback plays a key role in our mission to continuously improve our services.
Evaluation of complaints
Any client wishing to file a complaint can do so with full peace of mind. At OPMEDIC, we always aim to provide you with professional, quality service, and we are constantly looking to improve. We are open to any criticisms or suggestions you may have to help us improve our service.
You can notify us of your dissatisfaction by leaving a message with one of our receptionists or nurses at any time. Please be sure to provide your contact information and the nature of your complaint. Your message will be forwarded to our administrative director or medical director, and one of them will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the matter in more detail.
