Cosmetic consultations and surgeries remain not covered by the RAMQ.  Urological surgeries such as micro TESE and PESA are not covered by the RAMQ.

Only the transportation costs of biological samples can be perceived ($15 for the transport of samples including a blood sample and $5 for the transport of any other sample).

This is a pilot project related to surgeries and procedures done under fluoroscopy between the public system and private clinics.

Opmedic Clinic is one of the 3 private clinics chosen by the Ministry of Health and Social Services for this project.  Since January 2017, only patients on waiting lists of hospitals in the regions of Montréal, Laval, Laurentides, Lanaudière and la Montérégie can benefit from surgeries and endoscopies at the clinic (free of charge).
